Lol no. People choose to get married for life and have children. They do not choose divorce or infidel partners. Its something out of a man's control. If the contract itself is broken then there is no reason left to make any further payments or fund someone's lifestyle.

Those alimony arbitrations take into consideration who actually "owes" what. I'm not saying these arbitrations are always fair, or even mostly fair. I'm aware of biases in court. But why are these women initiating these divorces? Are the courts assigning hefty alimony to men because they were unfair to their wives during the marriage?

No Fault Divorce is a controversial thing, yes. That's why lots of states don't have it. But even with No Fault Divorce, the arbitration of alimony has to be based on something. If I as the wife just say...
