My flaw is the fat under my chin. My father has the same problem, so it's genetic.
My hope is that when I really go low bodyfat, that the fat under my chin disappears. My chin isn't strong, but the fat makes it look extremely bad. When I mew, it becomes much better.
Another problem is that I basically am 20 kilos overweight compared to my normal regular weight. I used to always just be around 80 kilos. The Winter before the last Winter was the time I basically took on a ton of weight. I really gained a lot. I used to just be 83kg at 190cm. Now I am 103kg. I still don't look overweight. I look skinnyfat, which is the result of my fat distribution and height.
It's really shit that I was interested in fitness for so long, but now am at a worse starting position.
My arms kinda blew up too. At least I guess they did, because I have stretch marks on them. I shouldn't have done curls and eat at so much of a surplus. For a long time, everytime I left the gym I really felt my arms grow in size. They felt packed.
