The policy for interviewing was no camera. Five people were interviewed. Of course, I found them, and know what they look like. The more attractive the candidate, the more confident, assertive, and open they were, and of course, they interviewed best. Am I implying good looking people have those traits? No. Its just that good looking people are rewarded for being forward. The good looking kid is praised for setting his foot down on what he wants - the ugly kid gets backslapped. The good looking kid gets "oh you're so funny" at any idiotic comment uttered, ugly kid gets mocked and is forever marked as stupid or weird.
And before anyone says "fakecel if you have a position where you can influence people getting hired!" ---- no. My career stage is DELAYED, because it took me longer, MUCH LONGER, to claw my way up the career ladder (and I still have far to go). And these candidates are all younger than me, and when they reach my age, they'll be light years ahead from where I am no
