This is something I figured out after I measured my wrists, hands and wrists are incredibly important for looking masculine and aesthetic.

A good pair of hands is more attractive than a Chad face

You can get plastic surgery for face, LL for height and Jelq for dick but it’s next to impossible to get larger wrists and the ideal skin tone for aesthetic hands like these.

I would legit pick 9 inch wrists over an 8/10 face or 6’2 height at this point

:feelshaha:

@your personality
Chad face is far more important tbh
As long as you have a chad face and at least average physical frame then hand size doesn't matter much.

There is some niche appeal Ig of men with large hands but it's not usually enough to ascend.

low tier bait. IT will probably screencap this.

I can get surgery for both of those things. My wrists will never get larger
No surgery for your face, bro. You can't name one guy who's gone from ugly to good looking through surgery.

Why don't foids ask to see photos of hands/wrists on Tinder?

As for wrists, I've gone from thin girly wrists and forearms (that I got made fun of for) to dockworker/strangler wrists and it made no difference.

No way this is real
I'm genuinely the biggest framecel I know lol. Legit haven't met someone skinnier than me, they're like 5.8 inches in circumference if you're wondering.

What did you do to get thicker wrists? I thought once your bone structure is set, you can't change it?

Built muscle around them, what else?

You do raise some good points ngl

I didn’t say wrists were good for attracting women. I simply said they were aesthetic to look at and extremely important for looking masculine

Brutal. Mine are 7 inches and still look tiny af

Bruh. All you did was gain some forearm mass. Your wrists size is probably the same
It's enough that everybody saw me as a big strong guy. I used to get a lot of comments how I was weak, dainty and girly.

Muscles can absolutely alter the perception of how big your frame is.

So can body fat.

It's pretty rare to see small wrists on someone jacked or fat. It's because it gets camouflaged, at least enough that it's not an issue.

Why not just try it for like a year? Even if you just do wrist exercises and end up looking like Popeye.

Interested in what you mean by wrist exercises. What type of wrist exercises specifically are you talking about?

Who said anything about ascending? I’m talking purely about aesthetics I don’t care about sex
Chad face is more important for aesthetics if you have an acceptable physical frame for a male. Ofc thicker wrists will be more aesthetic but it's kind of a diminishing returns type of deal tbh
As long as you aren't absurdly lanky as long as you have chad looks you can be aesthetic.

OP is probably a high tier normie or Chadlite who has barely tried to get a gf and since he can’t blame his good looking face for his failures, he has to blame his wrists for his failures.

Anyone this deluded is pointless wasting time arguing with.

Interesting how resort to name-calling yourself while shaming others for it. Maybe if you read the post a little more carefully you’d realise that I never once mentioned wrists being more important than face to women

What works on your forearms will enlarge your wrists. So wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, hammer curls, pull ups, basically everything where your hand moves under load or your forearm moves under load where the inside of your forearm is not facing up.

Be honest, you purposefully made outrageous claims to garner response exactly like this so you could play the high ground.

I'll admit i was wrong for the name calling and i apologize for that.

Do pushups also count?
Can't really see the use in exercises like reverse curls where no pressure is actually being exerted on the wrist by some other object. At least with pull ups and pushups you get them from the pull up bar or floor.

Also those hand grip wrist strengthener/exercisers seem to be a better option than than just wrist curls.

Have heard for a long time that working on your forearms enlarges your wrists but am not too sure of this. For one a lot of the bulkiness in the wrist is from bone. How can you significantly increase bone size past your teenage years by doing these exercises? Some muscle can be gained but just like ankles and the kneecaps a lot of the visible size and heft in that body area is from bone and not muscle imo.

Pushups are for chest and triceps (the balance depending on the width of your stance). They probably work forearms a bit because all the muscles in the body work together but not so that you'd notice a difference.

There are no wrist muscles as far as I know. (I've looked it up and maybe there are but it's mostly forearms). Your forearm muscles control the movement of your hand and they go all the way to the wrists. More forearm muscle = thicker wrists. To a point of course, but my point is...

It'll help enough that no foid will ever reject you for the size of your wrists even if it was ever the case which is wasn't. If you're worried about your wrist size because of some abstract masculine reason then I can't help you there. All I know is that lifting helped to not be seen as dainty (it took a few months) and I had to loosen my watch strap quite a bit.

I’ll admit the title was clickbait and yes I do like to make threads that are out of the ordinary. Not necessarily for the express purpose of playing the high ground but also to kinda know if there are people with similar views to mine.

Funny thing is if anyone actually read the whole thing carefully, most people here telling me to kms would agree with me

Thank you. It’s good to be able to argue with someone in a civilised manner

That exercises like pushups only train more specific muscles and not all of them is not surprising because workouts need a variety of exercises to train all muscles in the body.

Like anyone else I want to maxx out physical stats before getting older. The quote by Socrates is apt here imo. Also helps with being able to lift and move heavy things like furniture without getting sprains or feeling like your wrists will snap.

That's why you shouldn't only do pushups.
I'd recommend just going to the gym and doing the whole thing, it's so much easier especially if you have a gym nearby or you drive. Without equipment it's much harder to get good muscle growth and equipment is heavy and takes up a lot of space. Plus when you're in the gym you want to do the thing and get out, so you'll be more focused than if you're at home.
Before I started going to the gym I could do 4 sets of 40 pushups but in the gym my chest and triceps grew in a month more than they had in a year of doing pushups at home. It's almost as if all those racks and barbells and plates have an actual purpose.

wrist is 8 inches but still here

Agreed. When I did workout I did things like squats, something similar to wrist curls and pushups.

The problem with lifting weights is when you are a framelet with very frail bones lifting heavy objects is very dangerous. You can easily put your back out, have tenseness in parts of your arms or legs and also experience popping sounds from your joints. Also lifting weights pulls on the abdominal muscles and can cause the onset of gastrointestinal pain that lasts for hours.

How many times a week do you go to the gym? Have heard that just going 2 to 3 times a week but putting in all the effort you can into the reps is the most realistic option if you have limited time tbh

Thanks brocel, I actually do plan on gymmaxxing in the future tbh. Absolutely sick of being a lanket. Hopefully I can get my forearms to look atleast normal size.

I get popping sounds all the time and have for like 10 years. It doesn't affect me much. Injuries are always a risk but not a big risk. Most guys quit the gym when they find out there's no easy pussy, not when they get injured because they rarely do and they heal quickly.

I go 5-6 times, around 30 minutes each time. That's 3 hours a week. If I went 3 x 1 hour then each of those workouts would require more mental energy and I might feel like skipping them. When the workouts are so short like mine, there's little to skip.

The popping sounds are tolerable because they aren't that loud but imo it's the constant muscle strain and GI stress that lasts for hours up to a few days that's the severe downside. Bulking also isn't fun if your metabolism is high and naturally you do not have a large appetite because that can cause frequent nausea.

And I don't blame them tbh it's not fun being at constant risk of getting injuries.

What time do you go? Most people that are working on the weekdays can only go in the early morning or evening and going 5 to 6 times weekly means you would have to go to weekdays even if you put aside the 2 days in the weekend to workout also.

Do you drive to the gym? If so do you take a short break after finishing working out before you drive back home so you aren't completely drenched in sweat and fatigued when you get in your car?

Arms thickness>>>hand size>>>wrist size

lmao i thought you are something 6 inches, 7 inches is pretty good u can be mesomorph
7 is considered small tho. I know it doesn’t matter much when it comes to gymcelling but small wrists don’t look aesthetic
Arms thickness>>>hand size>>>wrist size
The first two are achievable through gymcelling, no way to increase wrist size

I usually go in the evenings any time between 6pm and 11pm. If you work until 6pm and go to bed around midnight, you've got plenty of time even if you do proper workouts. And the thing about low volume workouts is that you don't sweat a lot. I rarely sweat during workouts even during the summer. If I worked out so hard that sweat was a problem, I wouldn't last 3 months in the gym. I only sweat during sparring but that's more fun than the gym and I go max 2x a week so it's not much of a problem.

it isn`t small just medium
proof 1
proof 2
being bigger than 8 inches isn`t good u will be just endomorph= fat ass nigga
7-8 inches wrist ideal no less no more

I'm a wristcel. But it seems like you're trolling.
Wrists are nothing in comparison to height, face and size.
