I meant for us, we always say that its over, but is it really? In my case, I just gave up entirely so I don't really do much to change my situation, and I don't have the willpower to do anything, but is it possible for another incel to change if they decide its enough?

For people like me who look like goblins irl, I truly don't see any way to truly change since all foid look at is looks and height no matter what, which is impossible to change

Physically impossible for a male human being who has experienced the pain of being an incel to "change" himself on himself alone. Requires the 'socialization' – better put as  motivation – of a constant female presence.

This is a fact I have observed many times in myself, coming  close to making 'changes' when I was running on false-hopes inspired by some passing female acquaintance. It never lasted long enough ; I was never provided the requisite nutrients to live. All the rest of my time is fueled on emptiness, and this doesn't go anywhere.
