I'm too scrawny to the point where I can't even wear a watch and there is no way to enlarge the wrist

Come on, there has to be some watch strap that fits yo wrist.

Same here, there was maybe only ONE time in my entire life where I found a watch that fit my wrist :feelsbadman:

Whats the size of your wrists if you measured them? I can wear watches (though uncomfortable due to it being tight to not slide off my wrists) and i have 5.75 inch wrists which is extremely bad

i’ve noticed that a lot of men who grew up in the 80s or 90s tend to have thicker wrists and forearms compared to those who grew up in the early 2000s, and it’s probably not all just ‘genetics,’ it’s environment too. more manual tasks, more carrying, gripping, lifting, fixing, working with tools. even kids were doing things that stressed the connective tissue. there’s also the timing factor, pre puberty and early puberty are huge factors into this. stress during those years affect your wrist circumference and forearm thickness

most watches fall right off my wrist

You don’t need a watch anyways if you have a cellphone.

what about belt/pantscels I don't fit in a size 28 waist

I can totally relate. When I wear watches, they look strange on my thin wrist.

Over for watchcels

Large hands short with skinny wrist.

You gotta adjust the strap with a strap adjuster pin or a jewlery shop can do it for you

I have a tiny wrist of elementary school girl. If I wear watch it has to be on the tightest setting i think

then you probably didn’t produce enough testosterone to trigger any real bone modeling

not your fault either, chronic stress especially if there’s no place for you to rest ‘wrecks’ your natural t development

you may grow body or facial hair but your bones didn’t remodel nor did any testosterone go to your voice

your puberty was incomplete due to your shit environment

why do you think so many men these days have soy voices

low t

you probably have high anxiety too

you’re not supposed to enter adulthood constantly anxious, shaky, a shit soy voice

all from stress conditioned endocrine system

bad environment ——->chronic stress ———>elevated cortisol ———-> suppression of testosterone when it matters most

once high cortisol dominates during puberty, testosterone never gets to fully express itself in the brain or body

environment is so important in shaping your hormones. constant social pressure, poverty, instability, fear, never feeling safe, all of that wires your body to prioritize survival over development

puberty is the only window you’ll have for any meaningful t development

beyond that you can’t do shit unless you take exogenous levels of t but that shit won’t remodel your bones lol

i'm extremely high anxiety. OCD/general anxiety/social anxiety. on benzos, was on SSRIs until this year, have chronic insomnia. have been on and off SSRIs since teen years

My wrists are the same size as yours. Even my mom has bigger wrists:feelsrope:.

The trick is to find a medium to small sized watch that you like with an adjustable band.

I'm rocking a titanium citizen Eco drive (solar). And its sweet AF.

The watch face is about a inch. (2.54mm) ttl frame size is 1.25"

I had to remove a lot of links to make it fit, but it looks a bit like...

The bottom photo, except my watch is more round looking.

My standard sized watch almost looks like the above photo where it looks like a giant clunker.

Currently I like analog watches with no numbers on it. Just lines marking the hour spots. (Because, fuck time!)

It's about 20 minutes till 10. Or whatever. Just vague....

GIVE ME MY NORMAL BODY BACK JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOS

How are people scrawny in the age of cheap calories? Just eat a few more cheeseburgers.

Im a wristcel

Yes, I inherited an 80s Rolex Submariner from a relative, but I can’t wear it because my wrists are too small.

I used to feel insecure about having thicker wrists for some reason.

As an autist even advantageous traits will be felt insecure about.

Are you retarded? I can't longer sleep due to high levels of inceldom (wristpill included) and PTSD caused by years of social humiliation and you bring eating cheeseburgers as solution
Kill yourself retard normie you're clearly here to laugh at other people

What are genetics and small bone structure
Another one that believes he can shape his body at will JFL
Yes, obviously genetics play a huge role, but neither bodybuilders nor fat people were born that way. You can actually "shape your body at will", that's why bodyBUILDING and Weight Loss is a thing. I'm just saying, in an era of 2000 calorie oreo milkshakes and more protein shakes than you would ever need, you can easily add at least some heft to not be completely skinny. I'm not saying you can or have to become Arnold Schwarzenegger, just enough to not be "skinny".
And of course, if you do workout, don't do it for women, even Chads advise this, do it for your own strength and satisfaction.

Same. I once went to a store that adjusts watches. She kept having to re-adjust the watch for my subhuman wrist, and it still didn’t fit. At some point, I just pretended and agreed that it was okay.
