I asked ChatGPT if it's legal and it said I'm fine as long as the characters aren't children or deepfakes. But I'm a little worried that if I released a 90 minute video of a guy having sex with every woman in sight because they can't say no, then the news would pick up the story and the government would use it to pass anti-AI legislation.

I guess I'm worried because most porn sites ban the word rape and it seems like the governments around the world are cracking down on porn like the UK banned incest porn and France made Motherless take down all their "sleep" videos. So I'm just picturing some news segment about how "Incels are using AI to make rape movies" and then Governor Gavin Cucksom passes another anti-AI law making it illegal to create AI porn.

As others have pointed out, the premise is pretty vanilla and maybe even "basic" as far as mind control/free use stuff goes, I'm pretty sure there's already a lot of animations like this, and the people who would seek it out and watch it would already be going just for the fetish and know they are going to watch something AI-generated.
