Yeah, that's what I was thinking, though I don't know much about Bolivia. I just know it's in South America, and that's one of two continents (the other being Africa) that I really wouldn't ever want to visit any part of.

Bolivia is the biggest shithole in south america and it's ran by radical leftists, so I would for sure not want to live there. At least Belarus is decent and not the shithole media [UWSL]portrays [/UWSL]it as such.

As long as you stay in southern cone (not including paraguay), you won't have many issues visiting south america (if that's what you are worried about)

Probably Belarus because despite being a former commie block nation it's far better and more developed then the other nations in the list. I think it's far saver even when compared to most western nations so thats a plus.
