It all depends on where in Croatia you're talking about. Northerners look like typical central eurofags, maybe slightly more swarthy. Just look up Hungarian, Slovak men and that's generally what northern Croats look like.
Southern Croats have long, thin and bony faces and often big noses, all typical for taller people. Also quite swarthy, but still European looking and there's plenty of regular blue eyed people. I'm southern Croatian. 6'0", brown eyes and light brown hair, slightly swarthy skin.

Northerners tend to have slightly rounder features, faces/heads are not as angular and bony. Smaller noses, less swarthy.

The women are quite attractive, although southern women tend to be a bit masculine with unusually deep voices and hillbilly behavior. Northern women tend to be smaller, more petite and feminine.

Overall, we're surprisingly very diverse as far as phenotype goes. There's nordic, alpine, med, russian-looking etc. subraces, all kinds of people.
