People are basically free to do what they want and are encouraged by society at large to completely degenerate without regard to morality. It's an interesting question, and it's quite complicated, so there will be a lot of text here. In fact, I have a dilemma on the one hand, I would like strict prohibitions on the whole society, enforced by the violence of the state. But on the other hand, we all know that a strong state will be used for evil by the ruling class against those who will be dangerous to the ruling class. I would rather choose an ammoralist society, I have enough willpower not to become a drug addict or an alcoholic or some other degenerate.

In fact, living in moralist society, you will be obliged to marry some whore if she says that you are her first, which may be a lie. If the "amoralist" society is basically just a more advanced form of our current one, that still protects things like property and rights with a fully functional policing and legal system, but is just more libertine sexually and degenerate in that regard then obviously moralist. But if the "amoralist" society entails absolute anarchy more akin to something like an African war or the Chinese Warlord era I would prefer that
