Assume in this hypothetical that the birth control is 100% effective so there is no risk of pregnancy. So the only "harm" done is that the women feels powerless(just like every other day of their life). But people feel powerless when they're getting beat up and there's no "beat people up" offender registry. I think in the future when STDs and pregnancy aren't an issue, rape should be lowered to a misdemeanor or realistically it shouldn't be a crime at all. Sex is described as one of the best feelings you can possibly experience, so in a way you're doing them a favor. I guarantee that the psychological harm that we feel due to never having sex is 1,000x worse than the "harm" that women feel from being forced to feel good. I guess in the worst case scenario you could be fined at a rate of minimum wage for taking up their time. So if you only rape a woman for 5 minutes then $1 could be a justified compensation.
