A real life Rachel, in a world where it's possible to be Batman? If Spider-Man can get his rogues gallery of women to leave their John Jamesons and so forth at the altar, Batman can do the same.
Rachel's major hurdle was "Bruce, you're more Bat than Man at this point." If she can get past that, well, it's only a matter of the lesser hurdles. Technically she did like him first. And their "breakup?" Wasn't really a breakup, more of a fight, and then Bruce left. She can't... REALLY just give up on him... can she? Oh, it'll be tough, but Harvey has to understand.
I think she can get past that. It's debatable how crazy Bruce is. A lotta people say "Bruce is the mask, Batman is the real identity," you've probably seen it on Imgur or something. But other writers have done arcs and shots that beg to differ. Let us not forget the Bat Family. Some writers would say that Batman isn't crazy, and at the very least has the capacity to love. As a husband and a father. Worst case scenario, she returns to him and sits in the Batcave, worrying about whether this night will be his last. Best case scenario? She joins the Bat Family because this is a world where it's possible to be Batman. Give her some Lazarus Juice or something, it'll probably make her some kinda special.
