Brutal Works night out

Sucks when everyone gets female attention but you.
I don't get out much due to having no friends but recently I did attend a works night out and I stuck out sorely, women have no interest in interacting with me and I have zero skills with trying to talk to them. Seeing people I know easily get chatting and getting close to stranger females whilst I awkwardly rot on the side lines is a big eye opener for how I do not fit it in society.
