This is my first post on this forum and I want to show you my current situation.

Right now I am a 22 years old french guy that never had a gf and at my work I have to be everyday with a 8 Tier Chad. Myself I am 4 I think but this is making me angry because even if he is married to a T9 Stacy and has a daughter and he still get all female colleagues tier 4 to 8 crazy around him and he is banging them all or for the lowest tier he is just throwing them away. The thing making me angry is that he is treating them like shit and they are still around him while me even when being nice they avoid me everytime except if I am around the Chad. When I am not around I know these foids are making fun of me for being awkward or not good looking.

What can I do about that guys ?

I get what you mean. I haven't ran a business in France but it's still pretty high on the ease-of-doing-business rankings. And if you're in the EU and depending on what kind of business you want to run you can register in some other country. As for NEET money in France, I doubt it's enough for a decent life and if it is then I doubt it'll go on indefinitely before their welfare collapses.

Try to befriend the Chad if you can by helping him out or something, and maybe your connection to him will raise your perceived status in the workplace a little. Foids who want to get close to Chad need to be nice to his friends. They'll be forced to accept and respect you. Problem is, even IF you succeed, that you'll have to witness Chad win at life in close proximity - which is never ending suicifuel.

There was this middle aged German incel on this forum that made an alliance with a Chad at work and rose through the ranks as the Chad's lieutenant/packing mule who did the difficult business statistics/data engineering part of the Chad's executive role. It enabled him to start coping with classic cars, the ultimate rich boomer hobby.

Yes I see it but it really makes me sad that each times I tried to socialize peoples just throw me away like if I am a weird trash... sometimes after the work they do activities like going to bowling or such but I never get an invit and my Stacy boss tells me each time "I thought you would say no anyway" and blabla like that while sending invit to all Chad they can get..

No its still slavery. But unlike NEETbux, which gives you no leverage and makes you wholly dependent on people who hate you and want you gone, the corporate route can be negotiated and doesn't have to last forever. And unlike NEETbux, wagiebux doesn't need to be minimal. You can take wagiebux and make investments with it. Some of those investments are shit, but some will work out if you invest properly. Nobody got rich or even moderately wealthy by waging. They got there by investing.

As a single male, you should have very few expenses beyond basic needs. If you can live at home with parents or get NEETbux to rent while still being able to work, you should do so. Never depend on a check that comes from the government. It always has strings with it, whether now or 10 years down the line.

After wage slaving for 20 years or so and smartly investing that money, you can "retire" at 40 or 50 and live off of rental income or dividends from stocks in some third world developing nation while banging escorts every weekend.
