no read the actual study,they controlled for other factors like mothers' iq,income etc. the loss of iq was there but was found only in boys. daughters of overweight mothers didn't have lower iq than daughters of normal-weight mothers.
obesity causes inflammation in the body and chronic inflammation is particularly harmful for the male fetus.
i'm feeling really sorry for these children, the new generation of men is going to have lower iq than the new generation of women, i'm already seeing this in IQs tests administered to children.
