They love social interaction, they're just not mentally complex enough to talk about anything other than meaningless gossip/entertainment/Chad. Literally at the very least half of what the foids I saw at high school talked about included something about "boys". Though they're given one-word answers to you because you're subhuman, they'll gladly conversate for an hour with Chad if they have to.

Depends on the toilet. On average toilets are more extroverted than men, but a lot of my female friends are introverts that barely talk, others can almost talk as much as I can (though being more talkative I can talk more than almost anyone).

Also, people enjoy talking to people they like, if toilets aren't talking to you well... You get the picture.
