For starters, it should be "fare worse," not "fair worse." Now, what does "fare worse" mean? If we are talking about finances, then no, women usually do not fare worse. Courts award them alimony, child support, and often the better end of custody arrangements, which all translate into a steady stream of income. If we are talking about social standing, women are also less stigmatized for divorce than men are, especially today. The only sense in which they might "fare worse" is in terms of long-term romantic prospects. Men with money can more easily remarry down, while women struggle to remarry up once they are older, especially if they have children with them.

It depends in my opinion of whether or not the woman is clever, if she is the one time fool that she has children with a man- having no resources herself incase she has to use an outing then no divorce is not easy, but if we are talking of a mildly deceptive one then we can rest assure that she will make the effort to gain as much as possible even to the destruction or hindrance of her reputation. The worst in this case is one who is actively intelligent and is capable of making circumstance occur. I would say that depending one who has the most resources and wit about them to thwart an advance on them is more at benefit.

I cannot conclusively write whether one sex advances more then another, I see it more of is this character intelligent or not and whether or not they are postering or mean to commit their acts.

I looked into it, and the few statistics that exist show that women often experience a drop in household income after divorce. But no duh, in most marriages the man is the primary provider. Once the marriage ends, it is only natural that her reported income declines. That does not mean she is worse off. Courts usually cushion it with alimony and child support, so she still has a steady inflow of money that the man himself no longer has.
