Going to the gym is massive cope. It’s a waste of time, money, and energy that could be better spent on more productive and enjoyable activities. The gym will not change your face, your height, your frame, or your race. These are the factors that determine your sexual market value, not your muscles or your fitness level. You're retarded if you think gym is useless.I had a skeleton frame and nobody respected me.Now after i hit the gym and put on some weight now my frame is slowly getting bigger and I'm getting the respect I have always wanted,.I feel stronger and it's also good for my mental health.Tired of jerking my meat everyday and feeling depressed.

You don't necessarily need to be HUGE. Just be lean and a bit toned. Do cardio for your heart and lung health

Then it was good, a lot of proteins and very few carbohydrates and sugar and then I lost 12 kg/25 lbs in 3 months, but after one year (since beginning of college) I began food coping and for on year I still have the same weight (miraculously I haven't gained too much weight during 2023)

I'm in a similar position now in college. I eat what's in the dining so maybe like twice a day. Won't be able to make my own food until I stay off campus or something.
 
Having a minimum of muscle is almost mendatory as a man, although you obviously don't need the instagram omega juicedmaxxed body.
