Having house, cars? A girl if hot has connections and probably knows some rich somebody who has it, but it's still semi common enough in a lot of places in america. In fact having wealth is your best bet.
Impressive job? Also feasible but again mediocre looks can easily break this because everything is halo-waved by your genetics. An indian who is a doctor has a different vibe than a chad doctor.
Humor? covered by memes
Provision? covered by the slew of beta buxxers
Charm? Youtube celebrities or other celebs
Commonality in music, taste, etc? covered by niche people online who are probably masters at their craft.
Esoteric viewpoints? Socila media mostly has most personality variations in some group somewhere, or in some dark fringe of hte internet if she's really edgy, but then she's likely not friendly or decent in the first place.
Looks are the only thing exclusive to a person that makes them picked, and gets halo effect all the way.
All you need to be is not NT and semi witty enough to carry conversation to fucking range, but then it's mainly only pulled by looks.

Also your offhand abilities, mannerisms, coordinative capabilities are also oriented on genetics, so that works also too. But looks signal halo/ impressions on a constant timescale, so, that's why they matter more than raw ability. Women want to be ornamented and have passive value NOT real value.
