There are more and more videos about how wounded soldiers or military personnel who have not completed a full course of treatment are being sent to the front. Does this mean that Russia has problems recruiting soldiers?

If russian military was ready for taking in some houndred thousands of new men (in the following months) we wouldn't see all these zed influencers begging for donations of basic shit for "our boys". Russia has nobody to catch its back and has to rely only on what it currently has at its disposal.
True, but Putin hardly has anything to lose. The population's reaction to the first mobilization in September 2022 was relatively tolerant, and all those who were afraid simply left for Georgia, Armenia, and Kazakhstan. Putin has put everything on this war and he wants to do everything possible not to lose it. For this, he will be able to gather another 300,000 men to join the front. During the last mobilization, the mobs bought their own clothes, body armor and helmets with their own money.
Not a Russiancel, though from what I can see there will be a peace sometime soon. Putin does not need another mobilization, he just needs to wrap up the peace talks with Zelenski and get Trump's OK. He basically already won.
I’m not Russian but Russia seems to have the upper hand strategically at the moment, so I don't think another mobilization will be necessary.

Doesn't mean putin wants to push his luck further. From what it read the people around him who probe the public opinion for signs of possible instability are very careful not to provoke the general population too much. It doesn't mean russians will revolt (they won't) , putin just wants to handle this as cleanly as possible for his own image.
These people still need something to fight with, even if they are going to buy it for their own money. You have Y people and a reserve of X units of whatever, you can't man up your army if these numbers don't match up to each other. Or maybe you can, but to a certain degree, which has been already exceeded if all these "military experts" on the internet are to be believed.
If this jewish war will continue for another year or two, yes there's a high chance of mobilization like in 2022, and now they have digital register for mobilization and sanctions if person does not arrive in military facility.
Only reason Russia doesn't have such dictatorship tier measures for mobilizing population like in Ukraine is due to bigger population, large amount of men living in poverty which only way to earn good money is to risk his life and sign a contract.
