IQ absolutely has an impact on one's life, in fact it affects practically everything you do. It's something that's difficult to explain to someone who doesn't have low IQ, and thus has never experienced it, but it's really bad. IQ is one of those things that, even if you're an incel, still affects your enjoyment of life significantly since it's linked to how you perceive the world around you rather than how the world perceives you.

When you're low-IQ, though, you have no choice but to work hard lest you lose literally everything and be in an even worse position.

You cannot strategize and think far enough into the future to figure out how to improve your situation.
You cannot be too trusting of anyone, lest you get conned and used.

But that's all just talking about your FINANCES. Being low-IQ is a completely different hell with regards to how you actually live life. There are things that you just can't grasp no matter how hard you try. You can dedicate thousands of hours towards a skill, hobby, or something else that you want to improve at—and it will NEVER bear fruit. The lower your IQ is, the harder you have to work just to match the average person's skill, and there comes a point where you're so low-IQ that it is literally not humanely possible to ever improve at anything.

You frequently miss the deeper meanings of things, you struggle to understand nuance, you have to spend more time dwelling on things that regular people could just do instantly—and you can do nothing about it because you were born low-IQ. Being low-IQ fundamentally makes it so even coping with your life is less enjoyable.

You're conflating stuff like corporate environments with how life is as a whole. That is to say, you're not entirely wrong, but even in the case that you are born with nothing but a high-IQ (which is pretty rare methinks), there are at the very least means as to which you can leverage your high-IQ to your advantage to move up the social ladder. You can strategize and use your cunning to essentially strongarm your way into having connections that would be beneficial towards you—and, to a degree, that's what Capitalism was built on.

If you're low-IQ you can do literally none of that AND you have to avoid having it done to you. People can tell when you're low-IQ and will absolutely treat your differently and even try to take advantage of you. On top of having your life be infinitely less enjoyable, you have to deal with the humiliation that you are fundamentally dumber than everyone else around you and it's nothing short of embarrassing.

There are so many external variables that matter more than intelligence it's really a fools errand to worry that you are low IQ.
