If you are here, then life has not been kind to you. You are not happy with your fate. Maybe you're just involuntary celibate, but for many here that's the the smallest problem. Not only are they involuntary celibate, they have also been victims of bullying, racism, or were neglected by their parents. They feel rejected, hated or simply worthless and are unable to lead a happy life.
In this situation, some think of getting rid of their negative emotions and becoming positive. However, they only have these thoughts because of years of gaslighting of society, who has convinced them that they have no right to be angry about the injustice they have done to them.
But the truth is, if your life ain’t good, then you shouldn't think positively.
If you are positive in the face of a negative situation, then you are trying to lie to yourself, in order to escape reality. You tell yourself everything is going to be fine when reality tells you otherwise. It's nothing good. You cannot lie to yourself because your subconscious will always know that you are not acting according to your reality and the result will be an internal emotional conflict, that is not good for you.
You shouldn't try to get rid of your anger. You don't build a positive mindset with a lot of effort, rather it is the result of positive experiences. If you have had positive experiences, it shapes your world view and self-image, and if you have had negative experiences, it also shapes your world and self-image.
Don’t let them gaslighting you, you have the right to be angry and negative!
