A good example are Croats and Slovaks
In most cases, the Nazis operated on a case-by-case basis. They would kill Slavs with "subhuman" or "Asiatic" features and leave "Aryan" slavs alone. In some cases they would take "Aryan slav" children and ship them to Germany to be adopted by German parents
