Society doesnt care if you're an incel or lonely. They just want to keep you in a bluepilled mindset so you wont give up on life and start being a unproductive member of society. This is why men are shamed and called losers while women are not. They want you to continue having hope that one day all your work will pay off. Having men focus too much on their appearance is bad for society because it means men can basically cheat their way to women without contributing to society by working hard and gaining status.
