Sex for a man is difficult to achieve. When a man is able to aquire sex it's seen as impressive unless he's already extremely attractive. Sex for a woman is easy to get, more sex a woman has less self control she has. Women having tons of sex is the equivalent of men watching porn and masturbating/cooming. Both are easy to do and show little self control.
Outside of that it's proven more sex women have less content she'll be in a relationship.
