I keep seeing people/foids in social media say that "hypergamy isn't real" and that lonely men are entirely responsible for their situation. What frustrates me is how confidently people dismiss experiences they've never had themselves.
Many men genuinely feel invisible, overlooked, or valued primarily by factors they can't easily change. Like when someone has spent years being overlooked at, ignored, or treated differently because of their appearance, and people say "just be confident" its complete bs and lies
One thing that bothers me is how society often claims personality is the most important, yet people frequently receive very very different treatment based on how attractive they are. I've seen people being treated better for just the way they look for example the famous online persona "Hullo" also known as Hull Mason while being far harsher toward less attractive people. This creates the impression that looks matter far more than people are and that personality will be viewed negative or positive just the way you look. This is what people and foids aren't willing to admit.
TL;DR: Many people deny how much looks and status influence dating. Constantly dismissing male loneliness epidemic as entirely their own fault, ignores the role that appearance and social dynamics can play.
