I like sauerkraut, I drink the juices tooThey are great, except I can't stand the smell of the fermented cabbage, I largely prefer finely diced fresh cabbage with white vinegar, a bit of salt, pepper, sugar and oil, it goes well with any meat and chilly/tomato sauces.
