I always see foids on the internet talking abt some "open up to others" and "don't keep all your emotions inside". This is just obvious propaganda so that ppl can have blackmail on you.
Asuka Langley Soryu and Misato once said:"nobody can ever understand you. The only one who can take care of you and understand you is yourself."
No matter what you tell others and how you try to express yourself no one can ever help you except yourself. So that is why venting to others with the goal of solving your own problems (especially if they're self-inflicted) is absolutely useless. You're better off speaking to yourself.
