Why is berserk so cucked?

Upon reread I saw how many times guts get cucked, before the famous scene with Griffith even happens, like 4-5 times or so then also after with the demon goat and shit, WTF is wrong with the writer. "Yes I assure you, casca getting raped and guts being raped too and being cucked is essential to the plot"

Casca was pissing me off 24/7 but after she got lobotomized and turned into a drooling piece of a worm I got so fucking disgusted I stopped reading I don’t even know what the reason was putting her in the story to begin with… fucking appendage ….
