Humans have been to moon, maybe they could travel to Mars
Interstellar space is gigantic, if humans are sent there, it would take tens of thousands of years to reach the closest star (Proxima binary system)
1. There's bound to be violence on the ship, and someone will go ER thus destroying the life support or the vessel in general
2. Hypergamy in space would be even more brutal and noticeable, therefore it would become an incest chad harem and incel ship repair technicians
3. If humans managed to make a sufficient fast engine ( propulsion is out of the question , unless it's anti matter or nukes)
4. Viruses and bacterias known to mutate alot faster in zero G, which would wipe out humans within generations, and not to mention bone thinning due to zero G
5. Zero G birth defects
6. Centrifugal gravity simulation would put alot of stress on the hull, and coriolis effect would fuck up brains
7. Travelling at sufficient speed causes another problem, space dust and debri would hit the ship like a bullet, thinning its armour
In short, humans would never travel past the solar system
