why do the requirments women list always seem to include that you be 6'+ or taller than her in heels, but doesn't mention anything about the face

The stronge and protective part is outdated, if foids really cared that much about getting protected then they would go for big framed ogres and not skinny prettyboys who look like they are about to break

I would not say the "strong and protective part is outdated," only that it is not the whole picture. The instinct is still there since height signals presence and security on a basic level, but women also want someone they actually find attractive. That is why tall prettyboys still do well. Height alone does not carry it, but when combined with a face they like it creates the mix of imposing and appealing that makes sense of their choices.
