In the extremely unlikely event that there was an Incel that ascended, for them to forget the blackpill would depend on 2 things. Exposure to the blackpill and how deep the blackpill was.

Exposure: If you've been blackpilled for 5+ years, it's unlikely that even if through some miracle a foid liked you, you won't forget the blackpill.
Depth: The dogpill has mentally scarred me to the point if I see a foid with a dog, I assume she fucks the dog and I have so much hatred to foid and envy to the dog.

In both of the above scenarios, I'd say it's unlikely to forget the blackpill and even if you do delude yourself: the blackpill is reality. After a few weeks of you thinking "She's definitely the one", the blackpill will grab you by the throat and beat you to the ground as she cheats on you with chad.
