I think it's because foids can easily cover up their ugliness with makeup, and are brainwashed into thinking "all girls are beautiful", and rosties hate admitting they are like the unattractive men they reject. Rosties also reject fat men, but they can blame it on them being ugly or creepy to not seem fat phobic

But the major thing rosties can't cope about not having is their fatness, which they cause to themselves by having poor diets, so they make it one of their main feminist issues. Obviously face positivity is more important than body positivity, because you are born with your face but not your fat, and it's easier to change your body than your face.

Rosties want to still be able to reject fat men and claim to be body positivite, because they can blame their reason for rejection on them being ugly or creepy to not seem fat phobic. If they fought for face positivity then they'd have to acknowledge their looksmatches are oppressed, especially because we don't have crutches like heels and makeup to cover up below average genes.

body positivity takes accountability to lose weight work out from foid. The one thing a foid hates more than anything is responsibility and accountability. The whole idea behind body positivity is if i convince myself and and think i have convinced simps that morbid obesity is attractive then there is no need to change anything.
