Why do people stare? It's always mostly other males too

I swear sometimes when I go out people will just random stare at my face, mostly other males, women don't really look at me unless it's with complete utter disgust,
even people driving past me in their cars will stare, and I mean full on swivel their heads as they drive past whilst staring,

what happens if someone stares at my face then crashes their car killing a bunch of kids? Then that would be my fault for going outside with such a weird face and thinking it's okay, I'd be a murderer

I get stared a lot too, some days ago i was walking by and a guy was non-stop looking at me for no reason, this happened 3 times with guys, with females is almost the same story, maybe they see my fucking loser face and cant believe how a zombie is among themselves.
