They don't think, they just do. They have no contemplations on the subjective struggles of their offspring.

All that matters to them is that their children slave away to their biological imperative of reproduction, it is their unconscious immortality project.

It's fine enough in a pristine planet but we've displaced a significant amount of sustainable biomass that we deprive future generation from a wholesome existence plagued with internal completion.
