Why do normies hate non-NTs so much?

They constantly bully and exclude non-NTs from their society, but then cry and act like victims when non-NTs have enough and go ER. Why is it so hard for them to tolerate us or at least leave us alone? Fear of the unknown? Inferiority/superiority complex? Or perhaps just plain tribalism?
