Why do i feel so dumb

My dad's iq is 121 (Tested) and my mom's is 102 (Tested) and ik that iq doesn't matter for all aspects of intelligence but it still is a good indicator of intelligence but I just don't feel like I got any of those genes. Is it possible to just not inherent that from your parents?
