why do the japanese make most anime characters white? is it because they are the most attractive race?

I'd say its that they aren't white so much as its the style making them look white. If you look into the history of anime its based on Disney shit that was made back in the day. This is why they have those round eyes. The different hair colors are so you can differentiate between characters (lets be honest a lot of anime suffers from same face syndrome. Not all but a lot do)

no they are made white most of the time because every other skin colour looks like shit. Unless you use tanned with white hair but that’s usually saved for the mysterious silent edgy character.
