Anime that is not overly emotional?

Do you know of any anime whose characters are not overly emotional and hysterical?

I tried watching Attack on Titan, and the characters were constantly screaming. I like the Studio Ghibli animes because the characters act like real people.

Any recommendations?

Thats also the reason i dont like most anime. Way too much sexualisation, reusing the same few unfunny jokes and too emotional/emotions are too exaggerated

I don't like too much emotion. Maybe a slice of life anime would be less emotional?
