Serious Why Didn't I Fall over When I Got Drunk?

I thought I'd fall over and lose consciousness yet my body is and was still agile and I think I came down from my former high. So what gives I drank a whole bottle of wine yet nothing, no passing out, vomiting or slurring of speech? Oh yeah alcohol also numbs you from pain, I cut the inside of my upper lip by accident and barely any pain. I feel sleepy too, good night friends.

OP, your tolerance is getting higher. You need to start progressively to drink more and more to get the same effect

Here marks the start of your spiral into severe alcoholism; when you no longer feel major side effects or negatives you will begin to drink more and more, you'll need maintenance drinks throughout the day time and won't be able to function sober anymore.
