Discussion Why did society go downhill so fast after COVID

I feel like that there was a decline before, but much slower one.
Foids still werent as promiscous before COVID, the internet was better and many other things...

Be honest , how much did yall hear about feminism(outside of history textbooks) ,BLM , LGBTQ or Neo-Nazi larpers before COVID?
Its like everything is going down and society is degrading at such a rapid pace(my theory is that a lot of normies were forced to spend a lot of time on the internet altering its demographics).
Think about it before COVID the internet started to have normies , yes, but they would mostly have their surface level apps n shit and werent active at all times.
For example there werent any foids in gaming , games were made with gamers in mind and much more
However I feel like COVID accelerated the process by bringing more normies as full time internet users and also chads(who didnt really give af about the internet).

To be honest , I believe the internet was both the worst and best things to happen to society, though the negatives are coming and not stopping as of yet.
