Venting Why can't boomers understand video games

I'm honestly so sick of boomers thinking video games as "for kids" or "waste of time", I heavily rely on video games to cope and modern videos games are so refined and advanced that no other activity comes close (at least at the same cost)

Its literally a multi billion dollar industry with state of the art technology that people would fight a war over ie. graphics card and microchips and yet I have almost never seen boomers try to understand or play video games

Its fucking leagues better than hiking, sports or whatever other boring shit boomers think are cool, you can learn alot also, half my english vocabulary are learned from video games at this point

I agree with you but also kinda accepted the idea of the generational skip, that means they are dying. We all like the same things it just means that their brain isn’t able to process new information, they are downhill in the cycle of life since gaming has been compared to hunting and the desire of the male species to conquer and provide.

When there’s gonna be some Blackmirror type of entertainment for the Gen Delta that makes them become data streams playing bumper cars in a particle collider u are not gonna like it too, everybody gets old #agepill.

Because boomers are fucking retarded! Like actually fucking brain dead! Although, I do see them usually playing war shooters, so they got some taste at least haha, the good ones, before all the pink faggy uniforms were added like in today's "War Shooters".
