Theory Why aren’t foids punished via rape for criminal punishment?

This just came to me now. We have the death penalty in many countries. Why not have a rape penalty? To make sure that it is a punishment and the foids don’t get pleasure, incels can be recruited to do these legally mandated rapes. I’m pretty certain that this will deter foid criminals.

It‘s not something I could do, I honestly don’t want to rape but I’m sure there are incels more than happy to serve.
