Young female doctors are at high risk for burnout and "self-care" is not the answer
The medical community needs to recognize the issues unique to women.

There are huge numbers of male medical school students who upon graduating can't secure an internship, which is a prequisite to becoming a doctor. These internships need to go EXCLUSEVELY TO MALE GRADUATES, since women clearly can't handle being doctors. Also, doing well in medical school much of the time just means you can stuff bunch of information into your brain temporarily to pass one exam, but diagnosing patients correctly often requires creativity. Men are far more creative and mentally strong.
