Not really he's more kind of the overlord/ruler of the world, he controlled all the world governments and whatnot. He never did anything particularly evil he was kind of like a Roman Emperor or an Earthly power.

What did he do that was evil in the actual Bible? Tempt Jesus with some useful Earthly powers? Make him ruler of the world under him? That was about it really. There was the torments of Job but he was working for Jehovah at the time. He did a bit more in the Book Enoch I guess the main thing he did was copulate with all the human women and breed the giant nephilim. Pretty much, it's kind of a rejection of all religions and ideologies but also including atheism/agnosticism and what have you. It's about as close as you can get to the 'default setting' imo.

So Satanists can claim that 11.7% portion of the pie there, arguably the atheists as well though they have a slightly different religious ideology they're very much committed to, it's kind of like Communism imo. You will also get a number of people who claim to follow a religious tradition but they don't really sincerely believe it so they're kind onboard as well.
