Homo sapien developed outside of Africa, and then back migrations intermixed with archaic African populations, and further Congoids are the product of interbreeding with the African "homo sapien" population and very archaic types relatively recently (homo ergaster ~30k years ago).

Also homo erectus. I heard some homo erectus were capable of basic speaking while others just had some kind of proto-language.

Africans have the most diverse genes. Then Europeans/Arabs. Then Asians. Asians are the most genetically uniform. VERY little differences between each other
