You need to goon and then find something engaging to keep you busy. You can goon either first thing in the morning after waking up, or right before going to sleep at night, or both times. Just don't goon in the middle of the day and limit your goon sessions to no more than 30 minutes at a time.

As for finding something engaging to do, you can literally just do anything that requires focus. Start learning a new language or learning to play an instrument. Even playing video games works as long as it keeps you focused and engaged.

I'm stuck in the gooner hamsterwheel but almost exclusively while high on weed. Combining the two gets me into a deep brain wave level where I can stay awake for days. I assume hardcore gamers can get the same experience based on their reports. I want to be at that brain level intensity because I so dislike my fully conscious world I meet when at higher alert levels.
