This one's not fake, I can say with certainty. First off I checked the reddit user on a reddit archive site and it indeed was a foid going by their account history. Assuming it's genuine:

(1) The higher reply rate he got at first was probably due to the algorithm - it makes it easier for you at first to get you hooked.

(2) A match or two a day is probably more than an average guy will get in 2024. An average guy will probably get no genuine matches at this point (not counting trannies, OF thots, burn victims etc.)

(3) 'I am sure he will find it easier to find a good woman to date in real life.' At this point the internet is real life, unless you're maybe over 70.
