in relationships, chad gets more girls, getting more girls increases his experience, girls knowing that a guy had lots of females friends/gf will be more inclined to trust him instead of someone who had any

the bottom line is that if you have a good baseline it's straightforward to fall in a virtuous cycle, but if you don't you are fucked
