Globalist controllers want a weakened, distracted, demoralized, disenfranchised and societally, financially neutered male populace so that the probability of insurrection is effectively zero percent, while their draconian policies are gradually implemented and enforced by state apparatuses. I don't know the end game. I used to think that they needed a slave class to exploit and profit from via taxation and labor (both physical and intellectual), but that means that this underclass of males as a resource will be depleted within a handful of generations.
